Just had a look at one of these ,its about 2 years old,what the hell is that plastic tray all about(bottom of m/c),and how do you get it off !!
Dont they want us to repair stuff any more !!

I had an AEG L11842VIT – 914606106 – today – same design and think that you have to remove the front to gain access, I managed to change the outlet pump after laying machine on its front and going in thru the back panel. not a nice design
