    sorry have no model number as yet.. w/m about 5 yrs old. lightly used by middle aged couple. they report that the w/m will not go into fast spin. we have checked the brushes, lots of life left.
    selected long/high spin when machine empty.. tumbled and then the slow spin gradually increased to high spin as it should. then continued till the timer clicked off.
    customer rang later to report that when used with a load it washed ok but on the spin it tumbled , went into as low spin and then stopped. no long/high spin. sorry to be vague on the model.

    Check sump hose and air chamber for blockages. Megger motor. 😉

    Older ones with hybrid timers do this. It’s a common timer fault with them. Are you sure about the age of the machine?

    Timer available from EMW but you might need number off old one. Ring Tony and give him model no. if it’s a distant job.
