    Called out to one of these cookers today, it has digital control for the top oven/grill and main oven.
    The top oven Potentiometer had burnt out and the clock display was blank.
    Do these cookers have two PCB’s? one for the timer and one with relays?
    Looking on the connect website it mentions a card reader. Does the PCB need programming?
    Has anyone tried converting back to the good old no bullshit mechanical thermostats?

    yes it will need programming with a smart card. a great example of an over engineered appliance that only hotpoint/indesit engineers can repair.
