may be an idea to compile a hit list for Ian
Who we want to invite and current contact details we are aware of
is there anyway we can do something that self collates ,if that makes sense i.e Ian goes on once a day and downloads fresh contact details that we have put there for him?

We could do with a general email invitation template!
So we can just send a brief description of when and where so people can pencil in diary.
Then later send out more in depth stuff!
maybe something like…
‘A must date for your Diary‘
