Went to this job today. Customer reported that machine was not washing. Checked the circulation pump and sure enough the Askol pomp was knackered as usual. As this machine has the heater integral with the pump assy I fitted the replacement (The one that is supplied instead of the Askol) and a new inline heater. Switched on to test and I thought thats it I’ve cracked it. Started it up and the machine filled and started to wash but started and stopped about 5 times and went into drain out. I then placed the machine in test mode and error code 5 flashes lit up. This is rotor blocked. What is the rotor? I have checked the wash arms, all water pasages are clear. There are no valves that I can see underneath. The machine fills to the correct level.Any help would be appreciated.

i have also fitted an in-line heater and separate pump. i thought i’d cracked it as well.but..
i cant remember how many flashes (long time ago) but it didn’t like it. so gave up as cost of original motor was more than they wanted to pay.
