fitted new hinges and door seal to main oven.
Since then she has said heat is coming out of top part of door and burning outer door of fridge next to it.
Been round and tested it and it all seems completely ok although I can see burn marks on side of fridge door. It is an intgr. fridge with matching outer door.
Door seems to fit perfectly.

Also worth checking that the cooling fan(s) are working ok .

Initial thoughts are that the hinge isn’t fully seated in their sockets and locking tab probably not seated fully also. Best test is a sheet of A4 paper, place paper on the seal at the top and close the door. Try pulling the paper out and the door seal should grip it firmly and create a degree of resistance. In not, then hinge location is the trouble. 😉
