    I’ve aquired a beko slimline dishwasher , after it fills and I assume when the motor should kick in all I hear is humming ( no particular tune! ) I wondered if it could need a new motor capacitor , it looks quite young and in good nick, the control panel seems to work it drains and fills on the rinse only cycle if you reset it but no wash action happens .

    No wash action coupled with a buzz could mean the motor capacitor is US.. but it could also mean the motor is US.
