Hi folks, just have a few questions on this model. Customer reports that there’s a noise coming from unit like its about to rock apart. Unit is two years old and is a 8 kg capacity. Bearings is what I suspect as the drum has a slight rocking in it but does spin ok (without the load). Any previous issues with this model that anyone has come across. Thanks in advance..

loose front and top counterbalance weights are a very common problem.

If the bolt holes have worn, it might be worth packing with some poxy-putty

Do the drums in these units have alot of play on the shaft. I can move the drum up and down about 10mm approx. If the blocks were loose, would prolonged use damage the inner bearing?.
