I have one of these that does not stop spinning at the end of the wash, two hours or more :eeek: If the machine is put onto a spin only, then it is OK
Anyone throw any light onto this before I order a new module?October 5, 2011 at 3:57 pm #360677Martin

The 21 position selector s/w (Part No: 41014503) has known issues that may also include this fault. Don’t hold me to it mind but may be worth trying first? 😉

known issues
name it
faulty selectors not selecting right programme
spontaneously combusting tubs
door locks blowing core boards for no reason
low insulation on heaters causing e3 (VERY COMMON)
poor motors that go bang for laughs
unpredictable fault code of e05 (thermistor faulty/broken wires)
oh, and the worst one, which i see a lot of, is obstructed pressure vessel which is a pig to clean out as its integrated into the tub

Don’t forget Mal, the last resort is to do a Basil Fawlty and give it “a darn good thrashing!”
