fault reported is timer not progressing and no heat.checked timer and element and all ok. do not see many of these around here.is it just the one thermostat in sump on these.getting no reading whatsoever off stat.is there a seperate ntc somewhere.paul

Looks like only the one stat on this one, when machine reaches temperature this would switch timer to advance off of the heat setting. Have you checked cables in base of the door and I presume the motor is running. Let me have your email if you req diagrams etc.

I’ve the same problem to go to tmro, did you sort yours out? is there any chance of getting the diagrams too please.

Just rang customer to check and she say it is heating just not advancing.
Is there an electro mechanical timer on these?
