I’ve been out to this one today, customer had complained of machine taking upto 8 hours to complete a 40degC wash cycle.
After testing the pump, fill valves, heater and motor (brushes) and everything was in order. I put the machine on a wash, it did everything ok until it got to the drain/spin before the final rinse, where it drained out all the water, then distributed for a while, then began to spin but just as it stepped upto the high speed spin the machine cut out and returned to the start of that part of the cycle it continued to do this an other three times before I had had enough and switched it off.
I am reckoning on it needing a new module, but A. would like your thoughts first. And B. not sure where to source one, not listed with Qualtex, Masterpart or Connect.

    All help appreciated.

    Cheers

Selector switch or earth leak on heater….? If module fault the likes of Connect would stock them. Not stocked usually indicates no demand. 😉

Module is 97922801. Out of stock at Connect and not a normal stock line by the looks of it. Martin could be onto a winner with his diagnosis 😉

Thanks Martin & Don, I changed the selector switch and it worked a treat.
