    it took an hour and a half with the hair dyer foook , and still the fan motor is encased in ice , dead too heater seems ok 352 ohms , drain hole also blocked what does the metal shroud hanging down into the gutter channel do ? its not an element so it just soaks up heat from the element ? thats rubbish ,anyone have tech info on this model cheers
