    im having problems with my samsung fridge freezer, not the usual fridge problem but a problem with the freezer.
    the freezer temperature wont seem to go below 6 degrees,
    can anyone suggest any ideas?
    ive done the diagnostic test(pressing the two top buttons) and its telling me f-fan error(number 11 on ur fault breakdown) not sure what that means though.

    Hi

    it is saying that either the freezer fan is not running or jammed or that it is not getting a signal back from it.it could be a pcb or frozen fan problem.
