had a look at this one today.fault reported was tripping after 10 min.meggered heater and all well res ok.motor ok,pump ok.dryer heater ok and even disconnected it to try but no good.tripped twice while i was there.last time cust reset trip but m/c did not power up.went for obvious and checked 13a fuse but that was fine. now here is the strange bit when i replaced same fuse m/c powered up.not heard from them since.am not convinced problem is solved though.paul
