Hi,
Customer complained of faulty fridge temperature and I had to leave it to defrost due to ice. I then replaced an open circuit heater in the fridge on this and set running again. I left and customer contacted next day as still not cold in fridge. Upon recall there is no fan operation, although fan unit is OK. Any common problems cause this?
