    Hi,

    I have this problem and I’ve followed the advice on other posts first, but I don’t yet have a cure.

    So far I have:-
    1. Removed and cleaned the condenser and fan (yes, I have the cuts to prove it).
    2. Confirmed that water is flowing from the solenoid valve into the condenser – what seems a fairly constant trickle/flow.
    3. Checked that the pump is not blocked – water is regularly pumped out every minute or two – but I have not measured the volume of water!

    The steam is produced even with just a couple of damp items in the drum, so, it’s not a question of overloading.

    Can anyone suggest what I should try next, as I’m rapidly running out of hair to pull out.

    Have you checked the fan is working?

    Yes, the fan is working fine!

    Could be time for a washing machine engineer
