    Model: IDW604 s/n 7118295

    appliance recently been re-installed by kitchen refurb

    bottom spray arm not rotating

    client has descaled 3 times

    top spray arm fine appearsto be plenty of water pressure

    any ideas

    Probably stuck diverter valve on wash pump or half load button pushed in ?
