One of the wires into the connector plug for the ntc has broken right at the plug, resulting in a F5 error. :rolls:
I’ve been told the connector is not available as a spare is this correct ?
The ntc on this m/c is cable tied to the bottom of the outer drum by the way, seems a little odd ?
Can anyone advise me on this ?Thanks,

done a few of these, i use a plug from an old loom (as long as it physcally fits just snip the tabs till it goes in) and join it to the broken wires before plugging into the ntc,
there is nothing to stop you butt connecting both wires tho, just means if you ever need to replace the ntc you’d need to cut the wires.
my m8 worked fot brighthouse and done these on a daily basis. 😆

Cheers guys, I presume you mean butt connect the broken wires from the plug connector to the wires that feed into the other end of the ntc ?
