    Have you timed it?

Normal 40° is a 2 hr 10 min wash (approx), its possible that fuzzy logic is extending the wash times slightly dependent on load type, weight, water pressure etc, etc.

You can allow 5 to 20 minutes for fuzzy logic and anything up to an hour for customer exaggeration. :rolls: 😉

The normal 60° and 95° are approx 2.20 and 2.35 respectively as well.

Also are they using any options, like extra rinses etc. as that will add time.

she is going to keep an eye on it after reading her instruction book and being warned about paying if there is no fault
