any ideas? connect is down for the night it seems and therefore i cant access mediator to find out. customer is hormonal and neurotic as just had a baby few weeks ago and “I NEED MY TUMBLE DRYER” if it cant be fixed by lunch 2mo shes “goign to have to order a new one in the afternoon” so im up against it :/
