Bit of a teasing title I must admit (sorry about that) but it appears customers are so very often much dimmer than the products they buy.
For example: Today I went to an Indesit IDVA735 tumble dryer where the belt had snapped (drum stopped dead, something caught inside it). When I asked the owner as to what she was drying when the belt snapped she said “Only a couple of pairs of my husband’s trainers, using the ‘special shoes’ option programme “ When I asked if she had removed the filter and inserted the ‘special shoes drying rack’ all she said was, “Oh! I wondered what that was for?”…… :rolls:
