    Hi,
I’m needing some help with this dishwasher that is starting to do my head in. Initial complaint was unable change programs and no start. I sent the board away to QER who returned it as no fault found but had repaired a couple of minor faults. Fitted board, still no joy. Changed dispenser (it needed it anyway as broken flap). All machine does is beep twice every couple of seconds and when it beeps, the drain pump runs for about a second (when the door is closed). Still beeps twice with door open, but no pump. When beeping, unable to change program. Disconnected pump, beeping stops and can now change program. Tried a new pump – still same. Tried another pcb, still same. Checked heater and wash pump for earth leaks – ok. Checked wiring loom inside door for damage – all seems ok.
Has anybody seen this before or can point me in the right direction?

    Dave

By the way, does anybody know how to access the test program and more importantly, exit it?

sounds like you have covered all the bases there, if it has an alternating valve, check there is no earth leak there (yes I know its all plastic but they can leak to water). If not I reckon its the pcb and a fault QER cannot pick up on.

    Hi Mark,
I don’t think it has an alternating valve. I tried another pcb that I had managed to obtain and it’s still the same.

always check wiring harness in the door just incase a wire is broken you can end up with some strange faults

Not sure where you obtained the other PCB from but that fault in my experience is always the PCB
