Fault reported machine was dead, before i could go out they called to say it was working ok and had done 2 or 3 washes without any problems. A couple of days afer that they called to say it had went dead again but a few hours later it was ok. Would this be a PCB fault or both it and a door lock needing replaced

    Thanks

Have you actually seen the fault or just going on what the customer has said. This machine self diagnoses faults and will lock the user out if the fault is not cleared by turning the timer to the off position. Is the appliance showing any of the leds flashing – machines just dont go dead perhaps this is a case of pilot error :rolls:

as its a distance to go to this job i was just looking for some advice on what it might be, theres no flashing lights and the customer is ok, they have had the machine for awhile now
