    Had A call last night on one of these washers never been out to one of these yet tried the search bar very little info there

    customer is complaining that the machine is stuck in the same program and doesn’t finish the cycle.

    Any pointers before I trot out to inspect please.

    tried to get some info from gorenji telephone number is no longer available.

    tried ISDAL no phone numbers
    DO these appliances come with a stranded 5 year guarantee
    An OAP has bought and very disappointed.

    Done the call this morning The Customer Is An OAP That Didn’t Have Much The Appliance Was spotless and clean she Say i always wipe it Down after Use.
    Then i Phoned gorenje themselves this morning spoke to customer services they would not give me any technical info and said that they can repair it themselves and it would be A Wapping £85.00 call out plus parts for the first visit.
    i said what if he is not carrying the replacement part needed then a second payment will be due 😮 .

    Why Do The Goverment Let This Crap In The country 😡
