Please can you suggest some areas to check?
1. Once a programme is selected the machine starts to fill, it then abrumptly stops, starts pumping the water that did manage to get in, out of the drum, once done then the programme select dial continues to turn, until you actually switch the machine off.
2.Tried to reset, made no difference.
3.Selected cold wash on a short (daily wash 30 min)programme, this worked once.Many thanks,

Count how many times the indicator light flashes between pauses, it may help as the machine is detecting an error, hence the dial rotating.

Apologies for logging issue twice only realised I had posted my first request in the wrong forumn after it was done.
Details as requested;
Turn Machine on:
3 long flashes, 3 short flashes, then continually flashes
then..
Turned machine off, selected programme 8 (daily wash), switched in on again;
3 long flashes, 2 short, light stays on and machine starts filling
fills, turns, fills, turns then light goes out, nothing happens for about 10 secs. Then Programme selector dial then continually turns until you put the machine off.Kind Regards,
