We have a Kingswood Dishwasher (KFID60A) that intermittently is not cleaning correctly.

It appears that the feeder tube to the upper spray arms is being forced out of it’s housing in the floor of the tub part of the way through the cycle; that is, when I make sure it is properly connected at the start, after each “bad” wash it has worked it’s way out. I can only assume that the poor wash is because the correct volume/pressure of water is not getting to the upper spray arms as a result if it becoming disconnected.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Is there a clip or something that should be there to hold it in place.

I have checked and cleaned each of the arms and the filters etc a number of times just in case this was an issue, but to no avail.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Thanks

    Bryan

No, all you can do is replace the assembly IIRC on those.
