    Hi,
    I have a whirlpool ADG7550 (854275515860).
I had an issue for a while where I would occasionally get fault code 1 (NTC Temperature sensor).
This had been for about a year but we lived with it as it was not all the time.
The machine now has a fault code 3, and does not heat the water at all.
    Can someone explain…
    1. How I get into this machine
    2. Where the heater, NTC temp sensor, and PCB is in the machine ?
    3. What the resistance of the heater element should be ?
    4. What resistance values should I see on the NTC at ambient and elevated temperatures ?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers
    Grant

It was a broken wire between the control board and the heater.
The wire was broken near the bottom of the door where it gets flexed all the time.
