Hi, I am sorry of this is in the wrong place so please move it if it is.

I am hoping that someone maybe be able to help me.

I have a Belling DB3 range cooker. Last weekend the fan assisted main oven just stopped heating up. The conventional oven side of it is still working however.

Thinking it was most likely the element I have replaced it but am still having the same problem.

The thermostat light is still working and you can hear it click when you turn the temperature dial.

Can anyone please help me out with some ideas as to what this problem could be? Could the thermostat still be at fault even though it seems to work with the conventional oven?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi

Is it the fan (circular element) you replaced?

If so suspect selector switch faulty, although unusual on these!
