Got one where the plastic buttons don’t seem to actuate the pcb buttons any one come across this ,and yes Ken its Osborne 😉

Once only, it was the little plastic matrix at the back of the PCB at fault.
ISE part number C019, position 635 on the parts diagram. Its called a ‘light guide’.
