ModeratorAlways have ‘stay logged in’ ticked, in the past few days I have followed the link in an e-mail notification only to land on the Login page. If I login I can then view the post, ticking ‘keep me logged in’ at the same time.
If I then navigate away from the site then use the same link in the e-mail I am once again logged out.
I can get several notifications at the same time, most of them work perfectly but the odd one has been doing this recently. Its not an IE problem , I have pasted the url into Google and I still arrive at the login page.
I have one just now, 6 notifications worked perfectly but one is failing in this way. 😕

No idea Jim, it’s something to do with the session ID so far as I can tell but, on occasion I’ve had the same and I can’t get to the bottom of why.

Another weird one this afternoon/evening.
I have received lots of notifications that have been fine but both of the two that I have had for THIS thread have come up with a site blocked warning when clicking the e-mail link.
I can view it perfectly if I go directly to it from the home page etc.
This is the full on screen message.

That is a browser warning/error. It’s looking for an SSL certificate that isn’t there in error.

Strange why it is two e-mail notifications from the same thread and no others. ❓

No clue.
I’d suggest asking Microsoft but, pretty much, that’d be a wasted effort. Loads of support pages on the error though.
