    Hello

    i have a customers who has ordered some parts from us for his machine, you turn the machine on, select a programme and then shut the door to start, but instead of starting the lights flicker and it does nothing,
    the chap has changed the on/off switch and the pcb,
    but it still does the same.
    any ideas?
    the machine is in france, and he wont pay for me to go and visit :rolls:

    Could be worth inspecting the wiring harness that travels under the door for fracture in wiring.
