    Hi All,

I have a Samsung RS21DCNS American style fridge freezer.
The fridge will not go down below 10 degrees and having found out how to identify the faults via the buttons on the front, it is telling me that there is a fault with the fridge fan.
I have checked the fan and it seems to be working fine yet the fridge is still not cooling.
I am wondering whether the fan is faulty in as much as it may not be spinning quickly enought to do it’s job?

If anyone has an answer or any ideas then please post on here as soon as possible.

    Cheers

    Steve

Almost certainly it will need a new evaporator cover which includes a new fan motor. There is a well known issue with these icing up and the new cover is a modification to overcome this…have a good search on here with your model number and you’ll find all the information you need.
