Hi guys I was called to the above machine because during a wash it started jumping around the place it cracked the top of the m/c and broke the plastic cover to gain access to the motor and frightned the life out of the customer.Ihave checked the shocks and counter weights everything seems ok I have run a few washes at my own place now and no probs has anyone come across this before.

Usualy find its due to dodgy motor connections or one of the thin wires going into the tacho.

Was it on the wool wash? i’ve seen them jumping about the place if they use the woolen wash for normal washing, got my mum a nice one of them customer was that petrified of the machine she bought a new one and was throwing it out mum has had it about 3 years now and it has worked a treat, it was washing on the wool wash that had cused it.
