the pump stopped working on the appliance, i have replaced the pump and now the customer says the same thing is happening again.
the pump was fine for a week or two then only works sometimes and now not really working at all. it wouldn’t drain on a wash, they manually emptied the machine placed it on a spin then it worked??
    thanks

Is the pump actually failing OR is it just not draining ? I’d be checking the sump/and drain hoses for a blockage of some kind …..maybe a coin or button swivelling intermittently causing a slow or no drain.

the pump is failing to run and the customer can smell a electrical burning smell.
