I need to replace the bottom element of a White Westinghouse undercounter built-in oven but I am not sure how to gain access to the element. I believe the model number is 203205 although I cannot be a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain as lettering has been off the model/serial No. plate due to cleaning and I do not have a manual. I think the element I need is part R2100011, however, the picture of it on your web site shows the electrical connections on the right whereas on my oven the connections are on the left looking from the rear. Can this element be used either way round? To gain access to the element is it necessary to remove the the insulation at the back of the oven, if yes how are the metal bands holding it in place removed?
