    SE25A561GB/35.

    Does this sound like a faulty diverter valve in the heater box?

    YEs its most likely the diverter Jim, unless its just a blocked spray arm.

    Thought as much, will get her to have a look at the spray arm first before I give her the bad news. 😉

    just ask first if she has had the module recall Jim…. had one lately where they stuck the wrong module in.

    Just checked on the BSH web site and that model doesn’t appear to be listed for the recall, she has not had the machine touched before though.
