    The wash cycle knob no longer clicks into place and I can only access the Silk programme.Only the indicator lights for that programme come on.Can you tell me what can be wrong?

    the programme selector knob has broken, it an easy fix, power off if you are going to do it youself.

    Thank you for your reply Bob. However, can you please tell me exactly how to fix the selector knob? Do I need to get a qualified Washing Machine person, or is this a job that I can do myself? If I can do it myself, is it at all possible that you can send me some simple instructions or at least point me to site that can give me a step by step guide?
