problem: No lights when you press on/off switch

although you can hear a faint hum when you press appliance on as if a relay is trying to kick in, or drain pump trying to start.

have checked harness in door area and associated wiring loom…all appears ok

client says on last use..water did not drain so they cleaned sump by hand

puzzled why no lights on selector buttons/as on/off switch appears to be ok

have tried reset…nothing doing

any help appreicated
