Yeah, having the same problem here. Entered my email address and password into the new website and it wont let me in. Really annoying as I need to price a few parts with them.

I get a 404 from the old site
I can get to their new web site via the forum sponsor link above using the temporary login details from last weeks testing but have not had any notification that it has gone live yet. 😕
Jim.PS. moved to correct forum. 😀

Hope I am not speaking out of turn here but a few of us did a test run on the site a week or so ago, told to wait until notified that the site had gone live before actually placing any orders.

would have been a good idea on their behalf to have emailed their cuctomers and let us know, I suppose they will offer us an extra 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} discount because of the cockup.

It could just be a server problem on the old site. :con:

What is strange is that using the old Masterpart link on my PC desktop took me to the error page but if I use the old web link on my mobile I can still access the old site using my original log in details. At first I though it may just be cached pages but I can add parts to my basket etc. :con:

Is it just my dinosaur computer (I’m running Windows Vista and haven’t updgraded my computer for at least two and a half years!), or is this new MasterPart website painfully slow?
It takes well over 30 seconds for each page to load, then there’s only 10 items per page, so when the part you want is on the second to last page of a listing of 250+ items, I’m losing the will to use this site. :haier:
