I’ve a home office in which I pretty much almost live as I’m disabled with a raft of chronic autoimmune/rheumatic conditions, so stuck at home a lot. On top of the usual paper used for printing etc, I also am awash with paper goods for my primary hobby – card making.

I clean out my PC weekly because it is equally awash with paper dust as is almost every other electrical appliance (& I’ve quite a few!), and the room itself is almost white with the stuff as I’m unable to dust effectively & haven’t anyone to do it for me.

I’m now rather concerned for my poor lungs as aside from being assaulted by my various conditions, I worry they’re also probably becoming as white as everything else in here, so figure it’s time to start looking at something that might alleviate the problem to some degree & air purifiers were mentioned.

My only restriction really will be cost as my budget will be around £100 although if I could be sure of getting a good result I’d save up a bit more to add to that, but has anyone here any knowledge of these, and/or suggestions as to which type might prove the most effective/efficient at undertaking the task in hand?

The room is a medium bedroom size (terrace house) so I would estimate around 15 – 18 sq m max and has 1 small window.

    Appreciate any help.
    Thanks

    Hi BlackKat

Not something we get into I’m afraid. Had a quick hunt on the net for you with not a lot of joy.

May be better to ask the question in one of the forums I found here from a Google search.

    HTH 🙂

    Thanks DOn
Apologies – I suppose I was thinking the Forum covered all electrical items rather than what are normally termed white goods :(.

But appreciate you responding to at least let me know so I can target other forums more accurately perhaps.
