    Hi all.

    I am going to this call later in the week & would apprieciate any info as this is not a product I am familiar with.

    A colleague of mine has been previously because temperature was erratic & there was an unpleasant odour. The action taken was to defrost the evaporator but the call has come back within a fortnight of this action with the reported fault being fridge not cooling. Now, I don’t even know if this is a fridge or a fridge freezer, frost free or manual defrost etc.

    Any technical info, access instuctions, fault codes, diagnostics, common faults, whatever would be accepted with tremendous gratitude. (My knees hurt from all this kneeling. Can I get up now?)

    So this is a frost free variety. I thought it might be. What is involved in accessing the heater & if found to be faulty, is changing it straightforward?
