    My mum was trying to move her fridge and managed to pull the mains wires out at the back. A friend of her’s reconnected the wires but now two things are happening:

    The light inside the fridge doesn’t come on (she’s tried changing the bulb).

    The food in the fridge keeps freezing and the freezer is way colder than it should be and the whole unit is consuming twice the power it should.

    Hopefully these clues will trigger something with the experts.

    A model number and anything else you can get off the rating plate would be required for anyone to help you. 😉
