    This d/w is about 2 yrs old and has 7 led’s. The 5th & 7th led’s are flashing. Fast wash & delicate wash.
    Started pre wash cycle. Drain pump ran ok, thought it was filling but within a short time lights 5&7 started flashing. On opening the door steam/smoke came out, there was no water inside and the bottom rotor was very hot.
    There is obviously a fill problem but what is the connection between no water and the rotor becoming hot?
    Any help appreciated thanks.

    It only has 6 programme leds, rinse aid and salt don’t count for error codes.

    That makes yours 4+6

    Thanks Jim.
    I know the heater is working and that its not down to earth, that leaves module, relay or wiring prob.Is there a way of testing relay or is it just visual inspection?
    Do you have a wiring diagram I could look at?
