hi everyone,got a call tomorrow tothe above bosch d/w.customer tells me machine is completely dead.no lights at all.he has checked fuse and rcd.as its an intergrated machine does anyone have any ideas saving me time draggin it out if it has any common faults.

dont rule out the possibility of dodgy connections at supply outlet. especially if wired into a spur.

mains suppressors can fail but you will have to take machine out to test

after initial inspection, suppressor is ok and no broken wires,i have power up to the switch and then it enters pcb.i suspect board but cant see anything untoward, no blown components or burnt tracks,any ideas from anyone appreciated

I’m pretty sure it is the PCB (492901) at fault. Other modules similar to this fail in exactly the same way. Usually its the power supply on the board that goes open circuit due to users often leaving the board powered up even when the cycle has finished.
