    Hotpoint Dishwasher BFI620 Not Drying
    Had machine out with side panel off and tested heater supply while it was washing, no neutral supply.
    Heater is ok.
    Do these machines suffer from broken wires in the door like the old Zanussis did? I have not had any yet.
    Any suggestion please.

    Does it heat on the wash cycles? Both the element and the PCB are very prone to failure on these, sometimes wires in the door but TBH they rarely last long enough for the wiring harness to become brittle. :rolls:

    No it does not heat on wash or drying cycles, but from what the customer told me it went through the program and did not dry.

    Sounds like the very common PCB failure. 🙁
