Hi guys, called to this today cust complained not turning, checked the brushes, motor and ran insulation check all appeared ok, plugged it in and tried it and it worked fine, washed and span.
reset and tried again and no motor action yet again ❓ ❓
no obvious signs of damage to module, i can hear a relay clicking which i think is for motor but motor doesnt turn 🙁
i also plugged a new motor in that i had in van just in case but made no difference.
any ideas please, cust if a friend of mine and really desperate for a repair before xmas.

that motor is driven from the coreboard, try tapping the relay with a screwdriver when you hear it click it might just conferm it is faulty, that model also has a dryer pcb so worth a look at that too.

thanks for that bob, could the dryer module cause no motor action, i saw it but didnt take it out to have a look.
i did wonder about relay, looked ok might stick a blob of solder on it just incase.

i would still count the dryer module as a culprit, check motor then wiring, visual check on both pcbs and thats about as much as you can do, unless you have a memloader to check the fault code, i presume its not showing a fault code on the front panel.

ok will have a look tommorow,
no there is no fault code, just fills then sits there, or on spin drains and sits there.
