    customer said the machine is set to a program and started up, after about 5 seconds the ‘end’ light comes on and the program finishes.
    the element is down to earth.
    i disconnected the element wires just so i could make sure everything else is OK before ordering a heater.
    everything seems ok except the machine overfills.
    would an open circuit on the heater cause it to overfill?
    any advise appreciated.
