sorry i have no model no.customer could not find one initially so i went along anyway.told me of rattling noise and m/c not progressing past initial water intake, so after checking and removing a couple of coins from pump put m/c on a program but got nothing at all out of it.checked brushes and were well worn but not to the point of damaging comm.replaced and ran a rinse cycle no prob.then put on a 30 wash and left after 5 min.m/c stopped after 15 min.going back tommorow so would be grateful for any ideas.will try reset procedure but doubt if it that simple especially after completing a rinse prog.(poss heater as i must admit i did not check or megger :rolls: )

What are you like? You’ve actually been to the machine yet no model number? We know it’s a Bosch but that does’nt help any. Not meggered either so we have more chance of guessing Fridays Euromillions than figuring what is wrong….. :rolls:

    30 lashes for my error

I reckon 50 would be a much more realistic number. 🙂
