    Hi,
    I have an diplomat HJA 8703 washer dryer, I put a wash on as normal and it has not drained the water as usual.
    Iv taken the load out and tried a normal run but it still won’t drain or spin really fast.
    When it stops the timer button and the start button flash together 3 times, is it trying to tell me what’s wrong ?
    Can anybody help ? Many thanks

    have you checked the filter recently ?

    and when you have filter out look inside to see if there is a hairclip or anything stoping the pump

    Hi Dave,
    Iv looked on the front and side for a filter but Cabot see one, is this situated at the back ?

    if you cant see a filter it will be in the hose betweem the drum and the pump
