    Could anyone help with the following problem, yesterday I put in a load as usual on program 9 which usually takes about 1 hour, 5 hours later the machine was still washing and had not spun or rinsed, it is still full of water.

    There does not seem to be an error light sequence, and the door light stays red and will not open even after turning off.

    sounds like the heater has gone C00094715 is the part number
